Join PT Profluid as a Sales Engineering Manager specializing in metal filter and strainer solutions. Lead strategic sales initiatives for our advanced filtration products including filter elements, filtration systems, and related industrial components. This role requires a dynamic leader to bridge technical expertise with commercial objectives, driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction through innovative filtration solutions. You'll manage end-to-end project sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and position PT Profluid as an industry leader in the filtration market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the sales engineering team to achieve project sales targets for filtration products
- Develop technical proposals and solutions for complex filtration systems and metal strainers
- Collaborate with R&D to align product development with market needs and sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients and internal teams
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in industrial filtration sector
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation to project completion
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of filtration solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years in sales engineering with focus on filtration/industrial equipment
- Proven experience managing technical teams and project sales cycles
- Expert knowledge of filtration systems, metal filters, and strainer applications
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Certification in sales management or technical sales preferred
- Experience in B2B sales for capital equipment or industrial solutions
