As our Sales & Event Manager, you will take ownership of the full event lifecycle—from initial inquiry and strategic planning to flawless execution. You will leverage your local network and industry expertise to position Lay Day as a premier venue, driving revenue growth through creative event packages and proactive business development. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase venue bookings and event revenue.
- Identify, secure, and maintain strategic partnerships with local tour operators, influencers, and corporate clients.
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between operational teams and external vendors.
- Design attractive event packages and marketing materials that resonate with our target market in Bali.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the dynamic Uluwatu hospitality market.
- Collaborate with the management team to define financial targets and operational KPIs for sales growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, event management, or hospitality roles, preferably in Bali.
- Proven track record in driving revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes events simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of the local tourism landscape and event industry trends.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
