Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from pharmacies and hospitals in Jakarta Raya
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Conduct regular product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with focus on pharmacies and hospitals
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian pharmaceutical market and healthcare system
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta Raya
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
