Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Beautyhaul customers
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Execute in-store promotions and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Semarang
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty and skincare products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Results-driven with proven sales track record
