Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sales team in monitoring and analyzing daily sales performance reports.
- Maintain and update stock availability trackers to ensure optimal product distribution.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentation decks for regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Analyze retail data to generate actionable insights for sales execution improvements.
- Track promotional activities and assess their impact on product sell-through rates.
- Perform regular administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the sales department.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Visualization).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Commitment to a full-time internship duration of at least 3-6 months.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry practices and retail metrics is a plus.
