Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential UMKM clients through strategic market outreach and networking
- Conduct comprehensive business needs analysis to recommend tailored technology solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling methodologies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts for management review
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of UMKM pain points and local business ecosystems
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits across Palembang
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with ability to explain technical concepts simply
