Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect contact to contract signing and onboarding.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- High level of self-motivation and a strong drive to exceed performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work on-site in the Cheras area.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for local client visits.
