Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets for luxury furniture collections
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and interior design partners
- Conduct sophisticated product demonstrations showcasing craftsmanship, materials, and design excellence
- Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base in Angeles City and surrounding regions
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and exclusive showroom events
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis for senior management
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles in CRM system to ensure personalized service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent sales experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven track record in B2B sales, luxury retail, or high-value product sales
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with demonstrable results
- Strong understanding of premium furniture market trends, materials, and design aesthetics
- Ability to work independently in target-driven environments with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness to conduct client visits across Pampanga region
