Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
