Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate Teachmint's edtech solutions to prospective clients
- Develop customized sales strategies aligned with client educational needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure seamless client implementation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or edtech
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the Philippine education landscape is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
