- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial insulation sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present and promote company products and services to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions tailored to client needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial insulation or construction materials sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Selangor and surrounding areas
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
