Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and consultations.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to prospective buyers.
- Prepare accurate quotations, contracts, and proposals in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage for site visits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
