As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, engaging with architects, contractors, and property developers to provide innovative building solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring that our customers receive the best service in the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits for prospective clients to demonstrate product value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, including architects and engineers.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, proposals, and quotations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, hardware, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Antipolo City, Rizal.
