Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities in Denpasar and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs through effective demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand market presence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong proficiency in negotiation techniques and closing strategies
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid residence permit and willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of Bali's local market and business landscape
