Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE planners, and corporate accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including group bookings, packages, and special events.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that highlight Capella Ubud’s unique offerings.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budget tracking for senior management.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the luxury hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali and Indonesian tourism market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Result‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain).
