Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions to internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the industrial or hygiene product sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in the West Region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
