Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets for rooms, events, and other hotel services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and individual high-value guests.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and site inspections, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to secure profitable agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and cultivate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and reservations teams to ensure seamless client experiences and optimize revenue.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality, luxury, or real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
