- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food distribution sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and sales proposals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (if field visits are required)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards is a plus
