Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to management regarding pipeline status and revenue projections.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport to travel to client sites.
