- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new clients in construction, architecture, and development sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain CRM data accuracy

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials or construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of local construction market and regulations
