Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting company products/services
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
