- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to conduct field work and client visits in Meycauayan, Bulacan and nearby areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Must be willing to start immediately.
