Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on key metrics to management.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel within the Selangor area.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and resilient personality.
