Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present product/service solutions tailored to client needs and budget constraints
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in consumer or service industries
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close deals
- Strong analytical skills for market research and opportunity assessment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication abilities
