Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in the Miri property market.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site showings to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events and campaigns to boost sales.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (to communicate with a diverse client base).
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in property or real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Miri and surrounding areas.
