- Proactively search for and identify new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting the unique benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and share best practices.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
