You will be the face of Ilm Logistics, responsible for generating new leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term, profitable partnerships. Your core focus will be promoting our end-to-end logistics services, including international and domestic freight forwarding (Sea, Air, and Land), contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, and customs brokerage.
We are seeking a candidate with a hunter-mindset who can proactively identify market trends, cold-call prospects, and conduct high-level presentations to C-level executives. You will work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client contracts. Exceeding sales KPIs and contributing to the company’s aggressive growth trajectory is paramount.

You must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle, as on-site client visits within Klang Valley, Port Klang, and surrounding areas are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding market.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis for potential clients and craft customized logistics solutions (sea, air, land, warehousing).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain and nurture a strong portfolio of existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Liaise with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using the company CRM system to track performance and pipeline.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Business Studies, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales, preferably in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or 3PL industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil) are a distinct advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, high energy, and a strong drive for results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley, Port Klang, and Selangor.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
