- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in property/real estate sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness for client site visits
