Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase Enersys solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to provide tailored energy solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
