Tanggung Jawab

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Track sales performance and provide accurate, timely reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for client visits in the Johor region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
