Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client base within the construction sector.
- Conduct regular sales visits to prospective and existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Evaluate customer buying patterns to anticipate needs and offer tailored structural solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals.
- Analyze market reports and sales data to track performance and identify growth trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, hardware, or industrial supplies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp focus on achieving sales KPIs.
