Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and financing documentation.
- Follow up on inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new product features, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless delivery process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
