Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients and business leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals in strict alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for client visits.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
