Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and after-sales service
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals
- Accurately maintain customer records and sales data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid Singapore driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Proficient in using digital tools and CRM software
