Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect UMKM clients in Bekasi and surrounding regions through targeted outreach and market research
- Conduct in-depth business needs analysis to diagnose operational challenges and growth barriers
- Present Majoo's technology suite as tailored solutions to drive business efficiency and scalability
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through consultative selling and post-sale support
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine value propositions and positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably with technology or SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian UMKM landscape and operational challenges
- Strong analytical abilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
