Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and customer needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in property or related service industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred for client liaison).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transportation for client meetings.
