Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales calls and visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesale distributors to promote products.
- Promote and sell premium dishwashing liquids, soaps, and general cleaning products to achieve monthly targets.
- Manage stock inventory levels and ensure product availability on shelves to prevent stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback to the management team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and providing product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holder with at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales attitude.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport available for daily travel.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Willing to travel within Kuching and Sarawak area.
- Familiarity with FMCG products and retail operations is an advantage.
