Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc., a premier provider of high-quality steel building solutions in the Philippines, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and promoting our comprehensive range of steel products and services across the Metro Manila region.
In this dynamic role, you will engage with architects, engineers, contractors, and project owners, offering expert advice on steel framing, roofing, cladding, and structural systems. You will prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with our internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your primary goal is to build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients while consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
We are looking for a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of the construction industry and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals effectively. Experience in selling building materials, particularly steel, will be a distinct advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and generate leads within the construction and infrastructure sectors to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and site consultations to showcase Dwightsteel’s portfolio of building systems.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the engineering and design teams.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with project management and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of building materials.
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the Dwightsteel brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the construction, steel, or building materials industry (at least 1-2 years).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine construction market and building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to conduct field work and client visits across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
