Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly sales reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable to specific industries).
- A high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
