Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily showroom operations and greet visitors warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present furniture and design solutions that align with client styles and project needs.
- Process sales transactions, including preparing quotations, invoices, and agreements.
- Coordinate with the logistics and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and proper setup.
- Handle after-sales support, including follow-up calls and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, retail environment.
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for design trends and aesthetics.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Must be available to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, as required by the store schedule.
