Tanggung Jawab
- Drive ticket sales through direct outreach, digital channels, and partnerships
- Develop and maintain corporate accounts for event bookings and sponsorships
- Manage group reservations from schools, tour operators, and travel agencies
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in tourism/hospitality sector
- Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate relationship management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of local tourism market in Central Java region
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
