Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, competitors, and market trends relevant to Mr Bagus products.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers effectively.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an added advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
