This role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in managing existing hotel partnerships while developing new business relationships with hotels, supermarkets, and consignment partners. You'll be instrumental in growing our market presence through strategic lead generation, partnership oversight, and market analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing hotel partnerships to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction
- Generate new business leads through market research and proactive outreach to hotels and supermarkets
- Oversee consignment partnerships, including inventory management and performance tracking
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Bali's hospitality sector
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials for partner channels
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality or FMCG
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism and retail landscape
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Results-driven mindset with target achievement experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
