Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and post-sale support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems and provide regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in technical/engineering products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian work permit and driver's license
