Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new members and clients.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, club, or real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
