Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum 35 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in sales or a related field.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C).
- Educational background: Minimum Senior High School (SLTA/SMU) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Jakarta Barat.
