Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new leads, building a robust pipeline of potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct professional property presentations, site tours, and consultations for prospective clients.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property features, and investment potential within the Tangerang region.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing and handover processes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive, personalized support throughout the buying journey.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute insights for regional promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting documents for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Tangerang and surrounding Banten areas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Result-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a competitive, target-oriented environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a high level of integrity.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English are required.
