Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of FUSO vehicles through proactive client acquisition and relationship management
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored financing solutions to commercial clients
- Collaborate with after-sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems for forecasting and reporting
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to expand brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or B2B sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with commercial clients
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of FUSO vehicle lines and commercial truck market preferred
