Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert product advice to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive spare parts and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse and technical teams to ensure product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/UEC/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers to make purchases.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage for visiting clients.
