Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough market research and client canvasing to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Perform effective product presentations and engage in meaningful discussions with prospective clients.
- Lead negotiation sessions to secure favorable terms and close deals (dealing).
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and canvasing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
